Quality Payment Program Web Design
Our team was tasked with developing new content, a new educational experience flow, and new page designs, offering customers an overview of a new reporting option integrated into the Quality Payment Program. We also had the challenge of designing within very tight development constraints since the platform was in the process of transferring to Drupal, an open-source web content management system. After we distilled down all the complex educational content and created UI designs to host the learning experience we lacked a way to gauge the effectiveness of the experience flow and conceptual screen designs. Therefore, we needed to understand if the content design and user flow was effective as a learning experience for our users, necessitating design testing.
