USDA Acreage Reporting Current State Journey Map
After several months of qualitative and on-site research sessions to understand the Farm Service Agency (FSA) and producer experience to complete an acreage report, a current state journey map was needed to explain the extensive tasks, emotions felt, and areas of opportunity for this process. The current state journey map was used by the business and our team of human-centered researchers/designers to create empathy for the users involved and begin to create a design solution.
