Delta Airlines Interaction Design
Throughout this evolving project, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the interaction and visual design of Delta Airlines' employee and customer-facing products across multiple teams. My responsibilities ranged from strategically managing the change log of design updates across a vast array of products to creating delivery files for product development teams. As part of these tasks, I meticulously crafted UX and visual styling annotations, organized extensive files, and maximized efficiency within the design team by leveraging Figma component functionality.

Customer Facing Product | Fly Delta App
As the dynamic FlyDelta project evolved, I served as the principal designer, working hand in hand with product managers, the client, and design directors to enhance various touchpoints within the app, particularly focusing on the boarding experience. As a driving force to create consistency, I examined various touchpoints to identify opportunities to harmonize user experiences across screens. I strategically crafted alert styles and fine-tuned component behaviors to ensure vital information remained easily accessible to users throughout their journey.
Employee Facing Product | Seats & Payments
As an interaction designer, I aimed to grasp Delta employee specialists' objectives in aiding customers. Despite the complexity of their tasks, the UI had to be effortlessly navigable for efficient seat changes. Identifying various consolidation opportunities, I streamlined actions for a smoother interaction. Additionally, I leveraged modal content at different levels to enhance the decision-making process.

In my role on these teams, I aimed to enhance the user experience by pinpointing strengths and areas for improvement in each unique tool. This facilitated the client in fostering a more unified experience while prioritizing the unique needs of employee specialists. Our efforts resulted in elevated experiences through streamlined navigation, contextualized content, and clear guidance for employee specialists. I implemented consistent design and user experience improvements across customer-facing platforms to ensure alignment with other touchpoints within the FlyDelta app and website. This provided development teams with accurate design documentation, particularly valuable during the push towards the 6.0 app update.
